Christmas marshmallows with chili (will be translated upon request)

Ingredients:

120 gr pasteuriseret æggehvide (or whatever you dare use of egg whites)

500 gr rå rørsukker

1 dl water

10 blade husblas

3 – 4 tsk chilipulver eller noget stærk, chopped, frisk chili

1 tsk ren vanillapulver eller korn fra en vanillastang eller 3 – 4 tsk vanillasukker

1 lille kanelstang

1 stykke tørret ingefær eller et par tsk stødt ingefær

as. 15 grønne kardemommekapsler – kun frøene derfra

1 dl flormelis

1 dl kartoffelmel

 

How to:

Note:

Tips:

    • De er rigtig gode på en pind – og som s’mores – og i den varme kakao – og kaffen – og i coka colakagen – and… – så bare i gang med projektet 🙂

  3. Tror ikke de vil være brugbare når jeg laver kagefondant, formoder der så er nogen der vil blive slemt overrasket. Men heldigvis kan man da bare selv spise dem som de er 🙂

  6. Jeg elsker marshmallows, så mon ikke også jeg skal prøve de her. Har desværre aldrig været gode venner med husplads, men prøver nu alligevel igen….

    • Her skal husblassen heldigvis i noget meget varmt – så er der ikke den samme risiko for trevler som når man blander temperaturene den anden vej 🙂
